成都創磊機械有限公司

       成都創磊機械有限公司的前身為成都工程機械液壓件廠，成立于1984年，專業生產液壓油缸等液壓元件為工程機械配套；公司占地面積為54000平方米，各類廠房面積25000平方米，擁有員工150人。1997年全資投資成立成都大華路面機械有限公司專業生產路面機械，2003年開始生產變壓器油箱冷作件，2020年投資控股龍強科技精密零部件的生產制造。

        公司專業生產的工程機械廣泛應用于國內各高等級公路、高速鐵路、機場建設；產品銷往全國各個省、市、自治區外，并先后出口到澳州、非洲、南美洲、東南亞及中亞等國家。變壓器油箱二十年的制造經驗，同多家變壓器制造商形成合作配套關系，配套的變壓器產品除配套國網電力、海上新能源風變等外，出口至印度、越南、厄瓜多爾、多米尼加等國家。公司具有健全組織體系及技術研發團隊，自1998年質量體系貫標以來，持續推進ISO9001標準化質量管理、2024年貫標QES質量、環境、職業健康安全管理體系、ISO14001標準化環境管理、ISO45001標準化職業健康安全管理；并通過WPS焊接工藝評定、中國船級社焊工能力及特種設備檢驗檢測人員證書。公司擁有光纖激光切割、火焰數控切割、龍門銑加工中心、五軸加工中心、三坐標檢測儀、500T液壓折彎機、450T油壓機、噴砂房、噴漆房、烘烤房等100余臺專業設備，具有較強的加工能力和變壓器油箱配套能力。

Company Profile: Chengdu Chuangle Machinery Co., Ltd., formerly known as Chengdu Construction Machinery Hydraulic Component Factory, was established in 1984. It specializes in producing hydraulic cylinders and other hydraulic components for construction machinery. The company covers an area of 54,000 square meters, with various factory buildings totaling 25,000 square meters, and employs 150 people. In 1997, it fully invested in establishing Chengdu Dahua Road Machinery Co., Ltd., specializing in road machinery production. Since 2003, the company has been manufacturing transformer oil tank cold-formed parts. In 2020, it invested in controlling Longqiang Technology, which produces precision components. 

The company's specialized construction machinery is widely used in various high-grade highways, high-speed railways, and airport constructions across China. Its products are sold throughout all provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions of China and have been exported to countries such as Australia, Africa, South America, Southeast Asia, and Central Asia. With over twenty years of experience in manufacturing transformer oil tanks, the company has formed cooperative relationships with multiple transformer manufacturers. The transformer products supplied include those for State Grid Power and offshore new energy wind turbines, among others, and are also exported to India, Vietnam, Ecuador, and the Dominican Republic. 

The company boasts a well-established organizational system and a dedicated research and development team. Since implementing quality management systems in 1998, it has continuously promoted ISO9001 standard quality management, ISO14001 standard environmental management, and ISO45001 standard occupational health and safety management. The company has also obtained WPS welding process certification, Chinese Ship Survey Bureau welder capability certificates, and special equipment inspection and testing personnel certificates. 

The company owns more than 100 professional machines, including fiber laser cutters, flame CNC cutters, gantry milling processing centers, five-axis machining centers, three-coordinate measuring instruments, 500-ton hydraulic bending machines, 450-ton hydraulic presses, sandblasting rooms, spray painting rooms, and baking rooms, demonstrating strong processing capabilities and transformer oil tankabilities.
