       成都創(chuàng)磊機(jī)械有限公司的前身為成都工程機(jī)械液壓件廠，成立于1984年，專業(yè)生產(chǎn)液壓油缸等液壓元件為工程機(jī)械配套；公司占地面積為54000平方米，各類廠房面積25000平方米，擁有員工150人。1997年全資投資成立成都大華路面機(jī)械有限公司專業(yè)生產(chǎn)路面機(jī)械，2003年開始生產(chǎn)變壓器油箱冷作件，2020年投資控股龍強(qiáng)科技精密零部件的生產(chǎn)制造。

        公司專業(yè)生產(chǎn)的工程機(jī)械廣泛應(yīng)用于國內(nèi)各高等級公路、高速鐵路、機(jī)場建設(shè)；產(chǎn)品銷往全國各個省、市、自治區(qū)外，并先后出口到澳州、非洲、南美洲、東南亞及中亞等國家。變壓器油箱二十年的制造經(jīng)驗(yàn)，同多家變壓器制造商形成合作配套關(guān)系，配套的變壓器產(chǎn)品除配套國網(wǎng)電力、海上新能源風(fēng)變等外，出口至印度、越南、厄瓜多爾、多米尼加等國家。公司具有健全組織體系及技術(shù)研發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)，自1998年質(zhì)量體系貫標(biāo)以來，持續(xù)推進(jìn)ISO9001標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化質(zhì)量管理、2024年貫標(biāo)QES質(zhì)量、環(huán)境、職業(yè)健康安全管理體系、ISO14001標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化環(huán)境管理、ISO45001標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化職業(yè)健康安全管理；并通過WPS焊接工藝評定、中國船級社焊工能力及特種設(shè)備檢驗(yàn)檢測人員證書。公司擁有光纖激光切割、火焰數(shù)控切割、龍門銑加工中心、五軸加工中心、三坐標(biāo)檢測儀、500T液壓折彎機(jī)、450T油壓機(jī)、噴砂房、噴漆房、烘烤房等100余臺專業(yè)設(shè)備，具有較強(qiáng)的加工能力和變壓器油箱配套能力。

Company Profile: Chengdu Chuangle Machinery Co., Ltd., formerly known as Chengdu Construction Machinery Hydraulic Component Factory, was established in 1984. It specializes in producing hydraulic cylinders and other hydraulic components for construction machinery. The company covers an area of 54,000 square meters, with various factory buildings totaling 25,000 square meters, and employs 150 people. In 1997, it fully invested in establishing Chengdu Dahua Road Machinery Co., Ltd., specializing in road machinery production. Since 2003, the company has been manufacturing transformer oil tank cold-formed parts. In 2020, it invested in controlling Longqiang Technology, which produces precision components. 

The company's specialized construction machinery is widely used in various high-grade highways, high-speed railways, and airport constructions across China. Its products are sold throughout all provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions of China and have been exported to countries such as Australia, Africa, South America, Southeast Asia, and Central Asia. With over twenty years of experience in manufacturing transformer oil tanks, the company has formed cooperative relationships with multiple transformer manufacturers. The transformer products supplied include those for State Grid Power and offshore new energy wind turbines, among others, and are also exported to India, Vietnam, Ecuador, and the Dominican Republic. 

The company boasts a well-established organizational system and a dedicated research and development team. Since implementing quality management systems in 1998, it has continuously promoted ISO9001 standard quality management, ISO14001 standard environmental management, and ISO45001 standard occupational health and safety management. The company has also obtained WPS welding process certification, Chinese Ship Survey Bureau welder capability certificates, and special equipment inspection and testing personnel certificates. 

The company owns more than 100 professional machines, including fiber laser cutters, flame CNC cutters, gantry milling processing centers, five-axis machining centers, three-coordinate measuring instruments, 500-ton hydraulic bending machines, 450-ton hydraulic presses, sandblasting rooms, spray painting rooms, and baking rooms, demonstrating strong processing capabilities and transformer oil tankabilities.
