Nantong ZhonghaiSteelStructure Co.,Ltd, establishedin 2007, is a professional steel structure company with 18 years' experience specializing in manufacturing all kinds of non-standard equipment. We have passed EN1090-2 EXC3 and ISO3834-2 certification, ISO9001 quality management system certification, CCS factory certification, DNV.GL factory certification, ABS factory certification, AWSwelding certification. We havean experienced technical team of 80 people, a front-line production team of over 300 people, 1IWE International Welding Engineer, 1 CWI Welding Inspection Engineer and 10 licensed structural and painting inspectors. The entire team has experience in delivering multiple large-scale projects. We have a comprehensive supply chain system that ensures efficient and high-quality delivery of the entire project, from raw materials to various accessories such as wear-resistant plates, rubber lining, and gratings. At present, we havetwo productionfacilities: the headquarter is located inRugao, Nantong, Jiangsu Province, coveringan area of 42,000㎡, plant area of 26,000㎡, outdoor space of 16,000㎡; the second production facilityis 30 Km to the headquarterleased for long time, which covers an area of 30,000 ㎡, dedicated to the production of large-scale equipmentand big modules. The facilityis equipped with heavy-loadcranes, super-large gantry cranes (up to 1,600 tons), large-scale sandblasting and painting workshops andheavy-loaddock, can achieve shipment of modules. We have 4 major business units: 1. Steel mill and metallurgical equipment (dust collectors, belt conveyor, hopper, equipment walkways, steel structure, etc.); 2. Mining equipment (hopper, silo, steel structure, 3D module, belt conveyor, chute, equipment platform, etc.); 3. Pulp equipment (gallery, stacker reclaimer, log belt conveyor, drum discharge,equipmentwalkways, steel structure, etc.); 4, Offshore engineering project(FPSO, FLNG, offshore crane and etc.) with an annual production capacityover 40,000 tons. We have 16 years of experience in OEM for leading global technology group. Our customers come from all over the world, including major Japanese steel mills and groups(e.g. Nippon Steel, JFE Steel, Daido Steel, Sojitz, etc.), majorinternational mines and mining equipment companies (Zijin Mining, Rio Tinto, FMG, Talison, Pilbara Mineral, etc.), metallurgical equipment companies (Danieli (Italy), SMS(Germany), Fives Solios(France), etc.), paper equipment companies (Andritz, Valmet, etc.), offshore engineering (ZPMC, Rainbow, Wison Heavy Industry, etc.).
